Marika house

Villa located in the Marina di Mancaversa, a few minutes drive from the beaches of Gallipoli.
The house is composed of a dining area with TV and sofa, a kitchenette equipped with all the useful utensils for preparing meals, three bedrooms, one with a double bed and a bunk bed, one with two single beds plus a bunk bed and another double bedroom, two bathrooms, one complete with shower cubicle, another external with shower cubicle and toilet. The house has a large veranda at the back equipped with garden furniture, a sink, washing machine and wood-burning barbecue. On the front there is a large space with parking space.
4-legged friends are welcome (a small supplement is required for sanitizing the accommodation)

A self-managed breakfast service with packaged products is provided, with the addition of a small extra; breakfast includes: milk, coffee, barley, tea, biscuits, cereals, snacks

Camping cot available with a small supplement of €35 per stay.

Welcome little 4-legged friends. A small supplement of €30 is required for the sanitization of the accommodation.

Sheets and towels not included in the rental cost, can be booked well in advance and with an extra supplement.

Check out time: from 8 to 10

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, upon customer request, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check ins after 8.30pm and up to 10pm extra cost of €30.00;
- for check ins from 10.00pm to 12.00am extra cost of €50.00;
- for check ins from midnight to 7:00 euros 100.00.

For early check outs, upon customer request and upon acceptance, from 6 to 8 an extra cost of €30.00 is required
