Villa Torre Dell'Alto Mare, small tower

Villa Torre Dell'Alto Mare is an estate surrounded by nature, with a unique sea view, which offers hospitality in rooms arranged in two new tower-style buildings and an ancient watchtower which is the suite, with relaxation areas, swimming pool, cervical jet tub, hydromassage tub.
The small tower is a new "watchtower" style construction, divided into two floors, each with an independent, air-conditioned double bedroom, each complete with bathroom; the small tower also offers an exclusive area dedicated to the kitchen in the gazebo outside (not far from the rooms) where you can prepare meals, an outdoor dining area, covered with shade, and a tub with water jet outdoor cervical area, for the exclusive use of its guests.
Each tower and the suite offer external and internal spaces for the exclusive use of their guests; some services present on the estate are shared with any other guests of the large tower and the suite, such as the washing machine area, the jogging area with tools, the veranda; in the case of large groups, it is possible, subject to availability, to book the entire estate.


Villa Torre Dell'Alto Mare, located in the countryside of Alliste, 12 km south of Gallipoli and about 200 meters above sea level, is part of the chain of watchtowers that the ancient regent had reinforced along the Salento coast to protect the hinterland and its riches from the Saracen threat. Today the Tower is a pearl of this part of Salento, far from the chaos and mass tourism, together with the small church of the Madonna Dell'Alto Mare and the church of the Madonna del Casale, linked by an ancient legend: it is said that a sailor , during a terrible storm, had entrusted himself to the Madonna and, having saved himself, he had the churches built on the top of the coast, from where they protected the entire coastline and the villages nestled between the greenhouses with their gaze. Immersed in the Salento nature, among olive trees and prickly pears, in an area that leaves the Mediterranean scrub uncontaminated, the Torre Dell'Alto Mare wakes up with a bright dawn that embraces the entire coast from Gallipoli to Leuca and excites with the magnificent sunsets over the sea. In this setting, the Torre Dell'Alto Mare invites you to lie down in a hammock, relax in the pool, or to set out to discover the cycling route that climbs up to the church of the Madonna dell'Alto.

The structure is about 2 km from the sea with low cliffs and 4 km from the sandy beaches of Torre San Giovanni.
Air conditioning, First supply of sheets, towels (changes to be requested with extra charge per person) and essentials (soap, water and toilet paper) included in the rate.
With the addition of an extra supplement it is possible to book the breakfast service (croissant/pasticciotto + coffee/cappuccino + juice €4.00 PER PERSON PER DAY).

In the photo book there are photos of the entire structure including block 2 and the old watchtower (bookable on request).


It is recommended to leave the hob, utensils and crockery in order and in excellent condition and throw waste of all sorts in the appropriate waste bin, under penalty of paying a penalty.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, upon customer request, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check ins after 8.30pm and up to 10pm extra cost of €30.00;
- for check ins from 10.00pm to 12.00am extra cost of €50.00;
- for check ins from midnight to 7:00 euros 100.00.

For early check-ins, upon customer request and upon acceptance, an extra cost of €30.00 is required
