Sea view apartment in the first row in the heart of Gallipoli, Corso Roma, between the old city and the most recent part of the village. All services are close at hand, from ATMs to shops and tourist attractions. Guests will be able to enjoy the view of the sea on the marina and the city with its course full of vitality, reach the historic center directly without using any means and move on foot. Nearby, free parking (ancient port). The apartment is on the fourth floor, with a lift; internally it has a living room with double sofa bed, kitchen, a double bedroom with air conditioning, full bathroom with shower, washing machine.
The consumptions of water and gas are included; given the energy emergency, electricity consumption is included up to an appropriate limit, beyond which payment of the difference is required on the spot, as per the meter reading (reading will be provided at check in and check out)


Sheets and bathroom sets are not included, which can be booked for a small additional cost.

Garage to be requested when booking (subject to availability), at a cost of € 50.00 per week. This is a silo car park located at the back in the parallel street, on the 4th floor without a lift.

Animals are not allowed
For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the customer's request, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check in after 8.30 pm and up to 10 pm an extra cost of € 30.00;
- for check in from 22:00 to 0:00 an extra cost of € 50.00;
- for check in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.

For early check out, at the request of the customer and after acceptance, from 6 to 8 an extra cost of € 30.00 is required
