Holiday Apartment Annalisa, located in Baia Verde about 50 meters from the beaches of Gallipoli, is the ideal solution for young people; its strengths are the location very close to the most beautiful beach of Gallipoli and the attractions of Baia Verde, with its parties on the beach, as well as the presence of the internal parking (in the Baia Verde area outdoor parking is not allowed) and last but not least the size of the spaces, even outside; inside it is a practical, essential and functional but basic structure, indicated as a starting point for wonderful days at sea and fun. The structure has a large veranda for outdoor dining, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, one in the room, reserved parking space in the internal area with access gate. In the immediate vicinity: bar, newsstand, market etc.
The consumptions of water and gas are included; given the energy emergency, electricity consumption is included up to an appropriate limit, beyond which payment of the difference is required on the spot, as per the meter reading (reading will be provided at check in and check out)

Sheets and bathroom sets not included in the rental cost, can be booked well in advance.

Check out time: from 8 to 11

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the customer's request, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check in after 8.30 pm and up to 10 pm an extra cost of € 30.00;
- for check in from 22:00 to 0:00 an extra cost of € 50.00;
- for check in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.

For early check out, at the request of the customer and after acceptance, from 6 to 8 an extra cost of € 30.00 is required
