Double bedroom in a splendid penthouse with sea view terrace, on the fourth floor, equipped with air conditioning, mini fridge, private bathroom.
The room boasts a large terrace of 300 square meters, overlooking the sea, which the other rooms also have access to, with gazebo, barbecue, table, deck chairs, relaxation lounge. At guests' disposal, in the common area on the terrace, there is a cooking area (to be left clean and tidy for everyone's use!) with coffee machine, induction hob, toaster, kettle, plates, cups, crockery, utensils , oven and oven ideal for heating; there are also clotheshorses.
The geographical position of the penthouse is unique, near Corso Roma, the main street of Gallipoli, overlooked by hotels, bars and the main shops of the city, at the end of the course a bridge connects the modern part to the historic centre; from the attic it is easy to reach the sea with a walk or by bike.
Ideal solution for couples even in the company of a small 4-legged friend used to the presence of other animals, given the outdoor space of the shared terrace with the other guests, of the other rooms, under one's own responsibility; expected supplement for sanitization.

First supply of bed linen included in the price; extra sheets and bathroom set not included in the rental cost, bookable well in advance.
Self-managed breakfast service available on request / booking (directly in your holiday home everything that is needed for a perfect breakfast!) with a daily cost per person.

For check-in and check-out outside the indicated time slot, upon customer request, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 8.30 pm and up to 10 pm, an extra cost of €30.00;
- for check-ins from 10.00 pm to 12.00 am an extra cost of 50.00 euros;
- for check-ins from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.

For early check-outs, upon customer request and upon acceptance, from 6 to 8 an extra cost of € 30.00 is required
