Villa Fiora with wide spaces 150 meters from the sea

Beautiful Villa located in Capilungo, marina of Alliste, just 150 meters from a charming rocky shore with easy access to the sea, featuring shallow waters and coves with clear and in some areas sandy seabeds.

The villa consists of:

A large living room with a one-and-a-half-size sofa bed, air-conditioned, and equipped with a TV.
A kitchen area.
Four bedrooms: one with a double bed, one room with a one-and-a-half-size bed and a single bed, one room with a one-and-a-half-size bed, and another twin room with two single beds.
There are two bathrooms with showers and an outdoor shower.
Externally, the villa offers large spaces both at the front and the back, equipped with a built-in barbecue, a swing, and small sofas. Additionally, it has multiple parking spaces, air conditioning in all rooms except the double bedroom, and an independent laundry room. Mosquito nets are present in all rooms. Upon request, an additional cot can be provided.

About 150 meters from the house, you will find: a bus stop that in 10 minutes takes you directly to Gallipoli and its beaches, a bar, a newsstand, a restaurant, and a bar directly by the sea. The nearest sandy beaches are located about 6 km away, in Torre San Giovanni.

Pets are welcome (a small fee is required for cleaning the accommodation due to the presence of animals). Recommended for families and groups of young people. Please note: the one-and-a-half-size beds can accommodate two guests if they are of small build, or one guest.

Bed linen and bath towels are not included in the rental cost, but can be reserved in advance, at an extra cost.

Check-in time: from 5 PM to 8 PM
Check-out time: from 8 AM to 11 AM

For check-in and check-out outside the indicated hours, upon the client's request and subject to approval, an additional fee is required:

For check-in after 8:30 PM and until 10 PM, an extra cost of €30.00;
For check-in from 10 PM to midnight, an extra cost of €50.00;
For check-in from midnight to 7 AM, an extra cost of €100.00.
For early check-out, upon the client’s request and subject to approval, between 6 AM and 8 AM, an extra fee of €30.00 is required.
