A self-managed breakfast service with packaged products is provided, with the addition of a small extra; breakfast includes: milk, coffee, barley, tea, biscuits, cereals, snacks
Water and gas consumption are included; given the energy emergency, electricity consumption is included up to an appropriate limit, beyond which payment of the difference is required on site, as per meter reading (reading will be provided at check in and check out)
Sheets and towels not included in the cost of the stay, can be booked well in advance and with an extra supplement.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, upon customer request, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check ins after 8.30pm and up to 10pm extra cost of €30.00;
- for check ins from 10.00pm to 12.00am extra cost of €50.00;
- for check ins from midnight to 7:00 euros 100.00.
For early check outs, upon customer request and upon acceptance, from 6 to 8 an extra cost of €30.00 is required
